• When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours. It typically takes 2-5 days for your order to arrive within the US and 4-7 days outside of the US.


• Is there a shipping charge?

No. Shipping is free Worldwide.


• How many names will I receive if I order a quantity of 1?

2. You will receive 2 names with each order of 1. All names come in pairs.


• Can I use a font that isn’t listed in your Store?

Yes. Email us the font name and we'll let you know if we have it available.


• Can I see what my name looks like in a particular font(s)?

Yes. Email us your name and font(s) you would like to see it in and we’ll email you back a sample.


• Do I have to use a name for the lettering?

No. You can use any series of letters, numbers, or symbols.


• Can you add foreign accents to my name?

Yes. Just be sure to type the name with accent in the “Add special instructions to merchant” box during checkout.


• Can I clear coat over these decals?

Yes.
